Cancellation Policy

Your booking reserves your selected day and time at the Lost and Found Healing Studio exclusively for you. For this reason, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations less than (5) business days of the event. Rescheduling your event more than (5) business days of the event will allow for (1) rebooking date using the payment provided. Code of conduct: - The Lost and Found Studio is a safe community space, its occupants and the space, will be treated with care and compassion. - While basic cleaning is included, I acknowledge I am responsible for leaving the space reasonably clean. Should the space be left in an unreasonable state, I understand that I may be obligated to pay a cleaning fee. - The Lost and Found Studio is a cigarette smoke free environment. - Alcohol is not permitted at any events without proper licensing. - All  City of Toronto noise by-laws will be adhered to. - The Studio is a shoe-free space. By completing this booking, you agree to the terms stated in the above rental agreement and will uphold the code of conduct. You agree to take responsibility/liability for any of your guests/clients/vendors/staff or attendees who do not uphold the code of conduct.
